After a disappointing finish to their 2022 season, the Pomona-Pitzer (P-P) men’s cross country team returned to their dominant form with a National Championship victory, the team’s third in the last four seaons. With a brand new coaching staff at the helm, the Sagehens left no doubt that they remain one of the nation’s best.
Is three times the charm? The Pomona-Pitzer men’s Cross Country team hopes so. They have won the last two NCAA DIII cross country championships and are hoping for a third. Fortunately for them, so far, so good. The Sagehens won the SCIAC on Saturday, Oct. 29th and also placed first at the NCAA West Region Championship.
