The Sagehen women’s golf team finished second out of seven teams at the UC San Diego Invitational last weekend with a score of 620.
The team showed off its depth at the top of the roster, as Sophia Hui PO ’19, Andi Chaloult PO ’20 and Annabelle Huether PO ’22 all tied for sixth overall, shooting 154 over two days. Huether was first overall after shooting a 71 in the opening round, the lowest score by any competitor in any round, but fell back into sixth after shooting an 83 on day two.
