On May 15, as most of campus packed up their dorms for the summer, the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) men’s golf team was busy winning the program’s second 2026 NCAA Division III national championship. Sebi Aliaga’s CM ’29 10-under-par performance earned him the national individual title, leading the team in their standout performance.

CMS women’s water polo can’t drown out USC but come away with 3-1 record at Claremont Convergence
The Athenas waged an underwater war against DI and DII foes at the Claremont Convergence Tournament on Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) women’s water polo fought valiantly and came away with three wins at Axelrood pool, but fell to the USC Trojans 18-4.
