The colors of Claremont High School (CHS) flew next to a miniature Team USA flag on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at the city’s ceremony honoring Olympic bronze medalist Brittany Brown. Brown, a CHS graduate, competed in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris where she medaled in the 200-meter dash.

A large CVS/pharmacy has a CVS health COVID-19 testing site.

Los Angeles County is losing its free testing sites. Among the services that have been cut in recent weeks is the free COVID-19 testing program in Claremont’s public schools, putting some parents in a tight spot.
