On the heels of last year’s college world series appearance, Sagehens baseball got a much-needed sixth Street win over the Stags in a 2-1 series victory at home on April 12. Despite a somewhat disappointing follow-up to last year’s success, the Sagehens are still just one game back of the third-seeded Stags in the SCIAC.

Stags stomp Bulldogs on day two of series, come one step closer to playoffs
Stags baseball sent the Redland Bulldogs to the pound with a 9-6 morning win and a 13-3 mercy rule victory in the afternoon on Saturday, April 13. After falling behind in game one of their series Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) came back in a big way thanks to a strong performance on the mound from Aaron Herst CM ’26 and big hits up and down the lineup.
Sagehens sink Stags in Sixth Street series and cement strong start to season
Sagehens’ baseball dominated the Stags 14-1 in the sixth street series opener on Friday, March 1 at Alumni field. Jake Hilton PO ’25 contained Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS) with eight strikeouts while the bats got working in the bottom of each inning, getting the Hens on base early and often.
