RECAP: P-P men’s cross-country finishes second in loaded Wisconsin race

The No. 3 Sagehen men’s cross-country team delivered an elite performance at the Kollege Town Sports Invitational in Winneconne, Wisconsin, on Oct. 19, finishing second in a field that included several of the nation’s top Division III programs. The Hens scored 79 points, 33 points behind No. 1 North Central, last year’s NCAA champion. Ethan Widlansky PO ’22 led P-P with a sixth-place finish, traversing the 8,000-meter course in 25:05. A smaller group of Sagehens competed at the Highlander Invitational at UC Riverside the same day, finishing ninth.
