RECAP: Nearly winless in October, Sagehen men’s soccer will end season with two home contests

The P-P men’s soccer team (3-9-4, 2-5-3 SCIAC) is sitting near the bottom of the SCIAC standings and won’t make the postseason, but has a chance to close out its season at home with upcoming games against Redlands and Cal Lutheran. The Hens have gone winless since Oct. 2, most recently losing 2-1 to UC Santa Cruz on Oct. 19 and notching two ties in double overtime, 1-1 at Occidental on Oct. 23 and 2-2 at Caltech on Oct. 26. Jorge Guillen-Lopez PO ’23 scored the team’s lone goal against the Tigers, while Dylan McCuskey PO ’23 and Henry Smith PZ ’23 both found the net against the Beavers.
