CMS began its season as the No. 1 ranked team in the SCIAC with a decisive win against the Poets on Feb 20. The Athenas were led by Corie Hack CM ’19, who racked up seven goals. Sally Abel CM ’21 and Alex Fetterman CM ’22 also scored five goals each.
CMS fell behind to the Poets to start the game, but after their early lead, Whittier fell apart and didn’t score on CMS after the first shot of the second half.
