At the 5Cs, Halloweekend rarely happens without a plan: costumes for every night, wristbands claimed days in advance and group chats coordinating it all. This year, students also planned around something new after an arrest on Pomona College’s campus Friday night, going out in groups and keeping a closer eye on one another.
