RECAP: Stags starting pitching falters as baseball drops 2 of 3 games to Redlands

The Stags (3-5, 2-4 SCIAC) dropped two out of three games to Redlands last weekend, falling 14-6 in the first and 7-6 in the second, but salvaged the third game 7-6.

Kevin Nakahara HM ’20, Carson Bridges CM ’21 and Marco Castillo CM ’22 each tallied a home run over the offense-heavy series. Stags starters Cameron Cash CM ’20, Justin Hull CM ’20 and Josh Cordova HM ’22 allowed a combined 17 earned runs over the weekend, with Danny Porras CM ’21 taking the loss in game two, which was tied 6-6 heading into the bottom of the 10th inning.
