RECAP: P-P women’s soccer buries La Verne in conference opener

The Sagehen women’s soccer team (5-0-1, 1-0 SCIAC) started conference play on a high note with a 4-0 beatdown of La Verne at home Wednesday. Four Hens scored against the Leopards: Lily Gane PZ ’20, Bria VarnBuhler PO ’20, Anna Ponzio PZ ’22 and Hannah Mandell PO ’23.
