Walk on wonder hits the ground running to two-time XC All-American

All-American runner Natalie Bitetti CM ’24 describes cross country as “a very simple sport.” Well, that might be easy for her to say. After finishing in the top 20 of every race in her debut season, and winning SCIAC athlete of the week after each race she ran in her junior season, all Bitetti knows is winning. The decorated athlete was originally recruited for CMS’s softball team, but after running just one season in high school she made the bold choice to walk onto the cross country team and has been a star ever since.

Pomona-Pitzer football punts CMS for its first SCIAC Championship in joint team history

Cecil shed a tear from his rocking chair Saturday as after 67 years of waiting. The Sagehens defeated the Stags 28-14 to earn their first SCIAC championship since 1955. While both P-P and CMS will be named co-champions, the Sagehens’ victory has earned them their first ever trip to Nationals.

PP men’s water polo washes CMS to claim title of SCIAC regular season champions

The Hens did it again. Last Saturday, the Pomona-Pitzer Men’s Water Polo defeated Claremont-Mudd-Scripps for the second time that day. This win secured the Sagehens the title of the regular season SCIAC champions and will enter into the SCIAC tournament at the top seed.
