Entering the tournament as the No. 1 ranked team in SCIAC after beating Pomona-Pitzer (P-P) in the semi-finals, the Athenas succumbed to the No. 2 Leopards in three sets.

The Athenas are ranked second in the SCIAC, chasing their Sagehen rivals for the conference title as the regular season draws to a close.
