Second time’s the charm: Braineaters look to return to national tournament
After a top 20 finish at nationals in 2024, the Claremont Braineaters — the ultimate frisbee team of the Claremont Colleges — are ready for revenge. They hope to make it to the tournament even stronger this year, led by captains Tanveer Chabba CM ’26, Emmett Levine PO ’27, Noah Pershing PZ ‘27 and Isamu Sims PZ ‘27.

The 5C men’s ultimate frisbee team, the Braineasters, is a club sport open to eligible students of all levels and past experience. However, despite their welcoming environment, the team competes at a high level, even vying for a national title each year.

Spirit –- it’s in the game. Line dancing their way to Nationals, the Claremont Greenshirts are the best show the sport of ultimate has to offer. Hosts of the Claremont Classic tournament this past weekend, the Greens are creating a welcoming, fun and competitive environment and winning while they do it.
