At the SCIAC championship meet last weekend, the P-P track and field teams both finished behind the meet-winning CMS Stags and Athenas. The men finished second, with the women placing fourth.

On the men’s side, P-P swept the podium in the 10,000-meter run, with Andy Reischling PO ’19, Daniel Hill PO ’19 and Hugo Ward PZ ’21 finishing in the top three spots. In the 1,500-meter, Carter Floyd PO ’21 finished first and Dante Paszkeicz PO ’22 was second.

For the women, Vicky-Marie Addo-Ashong PO ’20 single-handedly scored 26 of the Sagehens’ 100 points, finishing on the podium in three events. Besides setting a P-P record and finishing third in the 100-meter hurdles, she won both the high Jump and the triple Jump. Helen Guo PO ’20 and Lauren Hamilton PO ’20 finished first and second in the 5,000-meter run, and Hamilton took first place in the 10,000 the day before.
