CMS women’s tennis (10-1, 2-0 SCIAC) played a whopping 27 matches last Sunday versus Hardin-Simmons, Haverford and DI Quinnipiac, and didn’t drop a single one. Against Hardin-Simmons, three singles matches ended in 6-0, 6-0 wins, and two ended the same way against Haverford.

Relatively, the toughest competition of the day dame against Quinnipiac. The doubles team of Catherine Allen SC ’20 and Caroline Cox CM ’21, currently ranked as DIII’s No. 1 pair, won their match 8-0, as did partners Nicole Tan CM ’20 and Sarah Bahsoun CM ’22. Sydney Lee CM ’22 posted a commanding singles performance, winning 6-0, 6-2, while both Cox and Tan came to win three-set tiebreakers after both dropping their first set.
