Sixteen games into the softball season, the CMS softball team (22-5, 16-0 SCIAC) has yet to lose to a SCIAC opponent. The team took two games against Redlands and two against Chapman, including a 5-0 shutout of the Bulldogs. Starter Chloe Amarilla CM ’19 notched a complete game victory in the effort.
Amarilla gave up five runs early in the first win against the Panthers, but Megan Perron’s CM ’21 four RBIs led the Athenas’ offense to a comeback win.
