Sagehen men’s cross-country loses SCIAC championship to CMS in tiebreaker

The P-P men’s cross-country team lost a heartbreaker Nov. 2, falling to CMS in a battle for the SCIAC championship via tiebreaker. Both squads scored 31 points and combined for 15 of the top 16 spots in the 8,000-meter race hosted at Pomona College. Ethan Widlansky PO ’22 led the Sagehens with a second-place finish in 24:55. P-P had 11 runners earn All-SCIAC honors by finishing in the top 20.
