KnowledgedOfficial has become a mainstay at Pomona College since 2022, offering trivia challenges with cash prizes outside Smith Campus Center (SCC) every Friday. Founded by Daniel Hernandez and Michelle Beltran in 2021, the game show gives students a chance to win cash prizes by answering questions based on their knowledge of popular movies, TV shows and pop culture.

Scrippsies have entered the villa
In summer 2024, reality TV dominated screens across the nation, becoming a widespread cultural phenomenon — including among students at Scripps College. Popular shows like Love Island, Too Hot to Handle, and The Bachelorette have inspired weekly watch parties. While reality TV often carries a stigma, Scripps students are embracing it as a way to foster new friendships.
